Specialized systems

Polyurethane concrete for the toughest operating conditions.

Ucrete is a high-performance polyurethane concrete floor developed for industrial environments subject to extreme temperatures and aggressive chemicals.

Its dense, seamless and non-porous finish resists contamination, heavy impact, abrasion and continuous traffic. Correct system and thickness selection also supports hot-water washdowns, steam cleaning, freezer conditions and rapid temperature changes.

Built around the demands
of your environment.

Every layer is selected to provide reliable performance, efficient maintenance, and lasting value.

01

Thermal shock resistance

Handles boiling water, steam cleaning, hot oils and freezing conditions when correctly specified.

02

Chemical protection

Resists acids, alkalis, solvents, fats, oils, sugars and cleaning chemicals.

03

Mechanical strength

Supports heavy machinery, forklifts, impacts and continuous traffic.

04

Hygienic surface

A seamless, non-porous finish supports demanding food and pharmaceutical sanitation.

05

Slip-resistant options

Textured finishes improve safety in wet processing and wash areas.

06

Long service life

Durable performance helps reduce maintenance and production downtime.

Specify the right system
for the right condition.

Operating temperature, chemical exposure, traffic, cleaning and concrete condition determine the right build-up.

Disciplined preparation and installation are essential to the performance of every Saheel system.

  1. 01

    Site inspection

Assess production, temperature, chemicals, hygiene, traffic and operating conditions.

  2. 02

    Concrete evaluation

Check moisture, strength, hardness, cracks, joints and floor levels.

  3. 03

    Surface preparation

Remove laitance, contamination and existing coatings by industrial grinding.

  4. 04

    Concrete repair

Treat cracks, joints, edges, level differences and damaged substrate.

  5. 05

    Primer application

Use the specified primer where required to enhance adhesion.

  6. 06

    Ucrete installation

Install the selected polyurethane concrete system to its engineered thickness.

  7. 07

    Quality assurance

Verify finish, thickness, adhesion, slip profile and specification compliance.

Useful answers
before you specify.

Every project has different loads, hygiene requirements, substrate conditions, and operating constraints. We assess the complete environment before recommending a system.

What is Ucrete flooring?

It is a high-performance polyurethane concrete floor developed for extreme industrial operating conditions.

When is Ucrete preferred over epoxy?

It is preferred where steam, high temperatures, thermal shock or aggressive chemicals exceed normal epoxy operating conditions.

Can Ucrete withstand steam cleaning?

Yes, when the correct system and engineered thickness are selected.

Is Ucrete suitable for food factories?

Yes. Its dense, seamless surface supports demanding sanitation procedures in food production environments.

What thickness is suitable?

Common build-ups range from 4 to 12 mm. Temperature, load, chemical exposure and cleaning procedures determine the final choice.

Can it be installed over old concrete?

Yes, provided the existing concrete is sound, tested, repaired and mechanically prepared.
