Specialized systems

High-strength resin flooring shaped around the operation.

Epoxy flooring is a high-performance resin system that bonds chemically to prepared concrete and forms a seamless, durable protective surface.

Unlike ordinary floor paint, the installed system becomes part of the prepared substrate. The specification is selected around concrete condition, traffic, loads, hygiene, cleaning routines and environmental exposure to improve strength, resistance and service life.

Built around the demands
of your environment.

Every layer is selected to provide reliable performance, efficient maintenance, and lasting value.

01

Mechanical strength

Supports forklifts, machinery, pallets and continuous production traffic.

02

Chemical resistance

Protects against oils, fuels, acids, alkalis, solvents and industrial cleaners.

03

Seamless hygiene

A joint-free, non-porous finish limits dust and contamination traps.

04

Simple maintenance

Smooth surfaces make routine cleaning easier and help reduce operating costs.

05

Workplace safety

Anti-slip finishes, safety lines, traffic markings and ESD options can be specified.

06

Concrete protection

Reduces abrasion and deterioration to help extend the life of the substrate.

Specify the right system
for the right condition.

Material, thickness and detailing are selected after assessing the substrate and real operating exposure.

Controlled from survey
through handover.

Disciplined preparation and installation are essential to the performance of every Saheel system.

  1. 01

    Site inspection

Review the operation, concrete, traffic, environment and required performance.

  2. 02

    Concrete testing

Evaluate moisture, strength, adhesion, hardness, cracks, joints and flatness.

  3. 03

    Surface preparation

Mechanically remove weak concrete, dust and contamination by grinding or shot blasting.

  4. 04

    Concrete repair

Treat cracks, joints, edges, level differences and damaged areas before installation.

  5. 05

    Primer application

Create a secure bond between the prepared concrete and the selected floor system.

  6. 06

    System installation

Apply the specified epoxy build-up to its engineered thickness.

  7. 07

    Protective topcoat

Add chemical, scratch, UV or cleaning performance where the specification requires it.

  8. 08

    Quality handover

Check finish, thickness, adhesion, color and compliance before handover.

Useful answers
before you specify.

Every project has different loads, hygiene requirements, substrate conditions, and operating constraints. We assess the complete environment before recommending a system.

What is epoxy flooring?

It is a resin flooring system that bonds to prepared concrete and creates a seamless protective surface.

Is epoxy suitable for factories?

Yes. A correctly selected heavy-duty system can accommodate forklifts, machinery, chemicals and continuous production.

How does a coating differ from self-leveling epoxy?

A coating is a thinner, economical protective layer. Self-leveling epoxy is thicker, smoother and better suited to demanding hygiene requirements.

Can epoxy be installed over existing concrete?

Yes, when the concrete is structurally sound, tested, repaired and mechanically prepared.

What determines the cost of epoxy flooring?

System type, thickness, substrate condition, area and performance requirements all affect the final specification and price.
